LORD, remind me how brief my time on earth will be.

"LORD, remind me how brief my time on earth will be. Remind me that my days are numbered, and that my life is fleeing away. 5 My life is no longer than the width of my hand. An entire lifetime is just a moment to you; human existence is but a breath." Ps 39:4-5 NLT

LORD, remind me how brief my time on earth will be. Ps. 39: 4 (In Prayer)

LEAVING A GODLY LEGACY

1) SAY THE WORDS GOD WANTS US TO SAY.

My son, pay attention to what I say; listen closely to my words. 21 Do not let them out of your sight, keep them within your heart; 22 for they are life to those who find them and health to a man's whole body. 23 Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life. Prov 4:20-24

Above all else, here’s what I want you to know:

2) DO WHAT GOD SENT US TO DO.

However, I consider my life worth nothing to me, if only I may finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me-the task of testifying to the gospel of God's grace. Acts 20:24

What is your unfinished assignment?

3) LIVE HOW GOD WANTS US TO LIVE.

Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. James 1:22

The world and its desires pass away, but the man who does the will of God lives forever. 1 John 2:17

For I am already being poured out like a drink offering, and the time has come for my departure. 7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. 8 Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness… 2 Tim 4:6-8
